Financials 101
This course will provide a comprehensive understanding of the critical financial operations required to become a successful financial coordinator in orthodontic practice.
The curriculum will include theoretical and practical components, covering essential topics such as Accounts Receivable, Adjustments, Contracts, fee schedules, and financial reporting. Upon completing this course, participants will have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Insurance 101
This comprehensive course covers everything there is to know for a new or slightly experienced insurance coordinator.
We will review the inner workings of insurance carriers and all that comes with benefit plans. The course will include a deep dive into training for verification of benefits, CDT coding, claim submission, benefit payments, and insurance receivables management. Attendees will emerge with newfound self-confidence in their roles.
Treatment Coordinator 101
Treatment Coordinator (TC) training is essential for team members taking on this vital role within a practice. This training is designed to equip TCs with the skills and confidence to lead the new patient journey, build trust, and inspire case acceptance. Our comprehensive program teaches TCs how to bridge clinical expertise with patient understanding—educating patients, presenting treatment and fees clearly, managing pending patients effectively, and leveraging key metrics to drive practice growth. We believe that an empowered TC transforms patient lives, one confident “yes” at a time.
