Meet Tina Byrne
With 40 years of experience working and consulting in the field of orthodontics, Tina Byrne has gained success and recognition for her well-founded proficiencies in clinical, business, and administrative functions. She has extensive knowledge and understanding of systems innovation and efficiency, data analysis, strategic business planning, and marketing implementation. She has lectured and helped guide the success of leading practices throughout North America and abroad.
Ms. Byrne has extensively trained and lectured on orthodontic insurance and in-network strategy. She has partnered with OrthoFi & Orthobanc in the development of the iMaxX program – an insurance management and fee maximization platform.

Meet Sue Hanen
With over 27 years of experience, Sue Hanen has proven to be highly skilled at helping her clients optimize their valuable time. Her expertise lies in empowering busy orthodontic professionals to enhance the efficiency of their practices. By utilizing a data-driven approach, Sue assists practices in identifying growth opportunities and developing sustainable operational structures to achieve their goals. As a result, her clients not only enjoy a better daily work experience but also experience improved profitability.
Sue’s dedication to her client’s success is evident in her involvement in team development, strategic planning, and data-driven solutions while consulting as a certified business/life coach. Her hands-on approach provides clients access to essential resources, information, and support required to create their desired future.
